This privacy notice describes how we collect, use and store personal information, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). It will outline our commitment to you set by the regulation with regards to your privacy and the privacy of your data.

The kind of information we hold about you
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

How is the information collected?

Information provided by you by filling out contact forms on our website, including when you request more information about our services and products.
When entering a customer or support contract agreement with BHP Information Technology, relevant information will be taken.

In certain instances we may request access to your desktop to allow us to provide a remote support service.  Where you consent to this activity you agree that we may have access to data on the applicable equipment.  Some of this may be personal data, but we will only use it to provide the services that you have requested from us and for no other purposes. 

How we will use information about you
We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal information in the following circumstances:

• Where we need to carry out work or obligations relevant to contracts entered between you and us.
